Bunny Rancher pledges to use your information only for the purposes of completing your order, or contacting you in the event of any problems with your order. We will never sell your information or harass you with unrequested offers.
Our Policies
All order are FOB Shipping Point: ownership and liability are transferred to the purchaser at the time the order has been received by the shipping agent. By placing the order the purchaser agrees to all terms of service.
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping indication is only the estimated number of days that it takes the package to reach its destination after it is in the hands of the USPS, and is not guaranteed by ourselves nor the USPS itself. Because we know the boxed dimensions and weight of common orders we get labels printed ahead of the actual packaging and shipping so that customers may receive their tracking number as early as possible to check on the status of their package. Orders are filled in the order received, and so it may take a day or two for an order to make its way through the shipping queue and into the hands of the USPS, as indicated by the tracking information provided.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Any and all returned items must receive prior authorization. Authorized returns for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship must be in unused condition with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and for a refund of any kind to be issued the item(s) in question must be received within two weeks of receiving the return authorization. We cannot accept returns on used units for biosecurity reasons.
All bolt guns are test-fired before shipment, but if we establish that the unit is indeed defective we will gladly issue a full refund of the items original purchase price.
If the device is found to be fully functioning, unused, and all original packaging and documentation are present we can offer a refund of the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
If the device is found to be fully functioning and packaging and/or documentation is missing/damaged, or there are scuffs, gouges, or other wear on the device itself we can offer a refund of the original purchase price less a 50% restocking fee.
The devices should be kept clean and lubricated and stored in a dry place when not in use, and that failures from improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY
Warranty against manufacturing defects, but 6 months after purchase the failure can be attributed to normal wear and tear and/or improper or insufficient storage, application, cleaning, and lubrication.
