Our goal is to provide high quality supplies to raise your rabbits at your homestead.
Bunny Rancher is a small family-owned LLC, established in 2014 - committed to helping farming, research, and educational opportunities with a humane dispatching option. The owner -Lauren- is an avid rabbit and cavy ARBA member, exhibitor, and dually licensed registrar. It all began with a Californian rabbit meat trio and a rabbit show and it's all history since then!

Shipping Information:
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. We strive to package and ship items as quickly as possible, but human and not without fault. If you think your order may have slipped through the cracks, feel free to rattle our cage!
Payment may appear on credit card statements as "Wild Eden Workshop LLC". This is us! Please verify and help us avoid unnecessary chargebacks.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
As the vast majority of our items are hand inspected before leaving our shop we ask that customers wishing to return merchandise send us an email stating their name, order number, item they wish to return, and reason for return to receive authorization and instructions for the return. Any products returned without first receiving authorization will be returned to the sender. Items returned must be in as-purchased condition and returned in original packaging.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Any and all returned items must receive prior authorization. Authorized returns for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship must be in unused condition with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and for a refund of any kind to be issued the item(s) in question must be received within two weeks of receiving the return authorization. We cannot accept returns on used units for biosecurity & sanitation reasons.
All bolt guns are test-fired before shipment, but if we establish that the unit is indeed defective we will gladly issue a full refund of the items original purchase price.
If the device is found to be fully functioning, unused, and all original packaging and documentation are present we can offer a refund of the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
If the device is found to be fully functioning and packaging and/or documentation is missing/damaged, or there are scuffs, gouges, or other wear on the device itself we can offer a refund of the original purchase price less a 50% restocking fee.
The devices should be kept clean and lubricated and stored in a dry place when not in use, and that failures from improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY
Warranty against manufacturing defects, but 6 months after purchase the failure can be attributed to normal wear and tear and/or improper or insufficient storage, application, cleaning, and lubrication.
