The bigger, badder version of our popular Ballista bolt gun, the Arbalest, has returned to Bunny Rancher! It features a thicker, longer bolt and a more powerful punch.
Designed for higher volume use and easier servicing, the Arbalest is a precision tool for reliable and dependable stuns on the thicker skulls of mature rabbits and large poultry. The long trigger arm gives smooth, easy firing and the sharp hollow point of the bolt eases penetration while providing a strong plowing action to maximize the effectiveness of the stun.
Manufacturer rated for rabbits and rodents up to 5kg live weight [11lbs] and poultry up to 25kg [55lbs]. Suitable for mature rabbits including breeds Silver Fox and New Zealands. Not intended for piglets and larger mammals.
Please note: The Arbalest is rated for the same size rabbits as the Ballista. The primary difference is stronger stunning force for larger poultry. Either model is suitable for rabbits. The Arbalest is also intended for higher volume of use. See photos to compare.

CARE:
Silicone oil/grease is best for lubricant. Petroleum based products can cause the rubber stopper to swell. Silicone lubricants are rubber-safe (note: for NON-SILICONE rubbers, that is) and are food-safe.
Gently rinse after use with water and store in a dry place.
